Terms of Sale — Cora Bland Photography

Thank you for supporting my work. By placing an order through my Pixieset Store, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

All prints, canvases, and framed products are made to order through my professional lab partner and ship directly from the lab. Colors and texture may vary slightly from your screen due to monitor calibration and paper type. This is not considered a defect.

2. Payment

All prices are in USD. Prices may change until checkout. Full payment is required before production begins.

3. Production

Please allow 3-10 business days for production before shipping. Framed and canvas pieces may take longer.

4. Shipping

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to you. We are not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier first, then me within 7 days at BLANDPHOTOGRAPHY1@GMAIL.COM.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email BLANDPHOTOGRAPHY1@GMAIL.COM within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage and packaging. I will arrange a free reprint or replacement.

6. All Sales Are Final

Because all products are custom printed to order, all sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or slight color variation.

7. Copyright

All images remain the intellectual property of Bland Photography. Copyright is not transferred. Purchasing a print does not give you rights to reproduce, copy, scan, edit, resell, or use the image commercially.

Your purchase grants you a limited license to display the physical product for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Digital Files

If you purchase a digital file, you may print for personal use and share on personal social media with credit to Bland Photography. You may not edit, filter, redistribute, sell, or use digitally for business purposes. You are responsible for backing up your files.

This Privacy Policy describes how Bland Photography collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit my website and purchase through my Pixieset Store.

When you visit my site, place an order, or contact me, I may collect:

• Name, email address, shipping and billing address, and phone number • Order details, purchase history, and messages you send me • Payment information is NOT stored by me. Payments are processed securely by Pixieset, Stripe, and/or PayPal • Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited through cookies

I do not collect sensitive personal information.

3. How I Use Your Information

I use your information to:

• Process, produce, and ship your orders through my professional lab partner • Communicate with you about your order or inquiry • Deliver client galleries and digital downloads through Pixieset • Improve my website and services • Send occasional emails about print releases or sessions if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time • Comply with tax and legal obligations

4. How Your Information Is Shared

I only share your information as needed to run my business:

• Pixieset: My website, store, and gallery host. They handle orders and image hosting. Their policy: pixieset.com/privacy • Payment Processors: Stripe and PayPal process payments securely. I do not see or store your full card number • Print Lab Partners: I share your name, shipping address, and order information only to produce and ship your order. They do not use it for marketing • Shipping Carriers: Such as USPS and UPS to deliver your order • Legal: If required by law in the Commonwealth of Virginia

I never sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

My site uses cookies through Pixieset and analytics tools to keep the site running, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use the site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

6. Data Retention

I retain order information for tax purposes for 7 years. Client galleries remain active for 90 days unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for downloading and backing up purchased digital files after delivery.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data I hold about you. To make a request, please email BLANDPHOTOGRAPHY1@GMAIL.COM. I will respond within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

My website is not directed to children under 16 and I do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new Last Updated date.
